In June, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce launched the Equality of Opportunity Initiative (EOI) to unite the business community around advancing data-driven business and policy solutions that bridge opportunity gaps and ensure that Black Americans and people of color have greater opportunities to succeed.

As 2020 comes to a close, we would like to update you on these efforts and share a part of our road map for the new year. In the coming months, we will launch task forces around our six main EOI pillars: education, employment, entrepreneurship, criminal justice, health, and wealth disparity.

These conversations will bring together business leaders, policy experts, and others to share and discuss strategies to advance progress on these issues in the years to come. Please join us on December 18^th, to learn about ways you can engage and get involved with our 2021 agenda.
