Defusing Nuclear Verdicts: In-Person Voir Dire Workshop

ILR is hosting an in-person mock voir dire event that will be especially valuable for heads of litigation and senior in-house counsel. Please join ILR for a live tutorial that will demonstrate the capabilities of ILR's voir dire strike models—developed in partnership with Trial Partners, Inc.—and the algorithm that makes them work.

Dr. Lee Meihls, a jury consultant with over 40 years of experience and the founder of Trial Partners, which was acquired by DecisionQuest, will introduce the program by leading participants through a workshop on the strike models and how they can be applied in practice. Litigators will then conduct voir dire with two panels of mock jurors, as their responses are entered into the strike model in real time. This event will equip ILR members to make the most of these groundbreaking tools.
