U.S. International Sustainability and Climate Agenda Roundtable featuring John Podesta with the Center for American Progress
Event Description
The U.S. Chamber’s International Affairs Division is pleased to host an invitation-only private roundtable with John Podesta for our members on March 9th to discuss how U.S. international engagement on climate and sustainability will shape trade, investment and development policies in major markets.
In advance of the April 22 Global Climate Leaders’ Summit hosted by the United States, we will focus on the most important bilateral and multilateral trade relationships that will be critical to sustainable trade as an engine of resilient global recovery.
Mr. Podesta has been a leading figure inside government and in his current capacity at the Center for American Progress in shaping the U.S. Climate agenda. He co-chairs the Aspen Institute’s India-US Track II Dialogue on Energy and Climate Change.
This event is off-the-record and closed to the press.
