Listening Session with senior U.S. Government Officials on plans for a U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit and Business Forum
Event Description
As part of the Biden-Harris Administration’s commitment to revitalizing global partnerships and alliances, President Biden publicly announced in November 2021 his intent to host a U.S.-Africa Leaders Summit. The U.S. government is seeking input from key stakeholders to inform early planning for the Summit, which includes a proposed U.S.-Africa Business Forum. Given your role as a champion for increasing U.S. commercial engagement and fostering partnerships with African governments and businesses, we invite you to participate in a discussion to provide your insights and ideas for planning and executing this important event.
