This panel will bring together coalition partners and policy leaders to discuss the current legislative landscape and the shared priorities that keep employer-provided coverage robust, affordable, and accessible for American workers and their families — including protecting the tax exclusion for job-based coverage and preserving ERISA's critical employer protections.
