Please join us for a meeting of the Permit America to Build coalition to hear from Nikki Chiappa of the Breakthrough Institute on their recent NEPA litigation report.  The Chamber’s Litigation Center will also talk about developing an amicus brief in the SCOTUS Seven Counties case and opportunities to join that coalition effort.  Finally, the meeting will provide updates on the NEPA CRA legislation and other relevant permitting topics.
