Public-Private Partnerships: A Discussion with the U.S. Department of State’s Global Partnership Team
Event Description
Join us for this invitation-only virtual roundtable with senior leaders from the U.S. Department of State. The U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation in collaboration with the U.S. Department of State will host a discussion on the priorities of State’s Global Partnership Office, including the U.S. Department of State’s Franklin Talent Exchange Partnership (FTEP).
The Franklin Talent Exchange Partnership is a partnership program between the U.S. Department of State and private sector entities that share an interest in advancing priorities in areas such as economic growth, energy, agriculture, the ocean, the environment, and science and technology. The partnership features a collaborative two-way exchange program that brings in experts from a consortium of private sector partners and sends U.S. Department of State employees on assignment to private sector partner organizations where there is strategic alignment.
During the roundtable, participants will hear from the U.S. Special Representative for Global Partnerships, Dorothy McAuliffe, and Thomas Debass, Managing Director of the U.S. Department of State’s Office of Global Partnerships, who will highlight potential opportunities for your company to become involved in FTEP. We hope that you will join us for this discussion to learn more about engagement opportunities, and we encourage you to share this invitation with colleagues focused on Human Resources.
