The AfCFTA and the Future of U.S.-Africa Trade | Dec 16, 2021

Event Description

Please join the U.S. Chamber of Commerce’s U.S.-Africa Business Center and the Corporate Council on Africa for a private roundtable discussion featuring H.E. Secretary General Wamkele Mene, who will discuss the lessons learned from the first year of trading under the AfCFTA, the next steps in the AfCFTA negotiations, and opportunities for the U.S. business community to engage in the future of trade throughout the African continent. In addition to SG Mene, the roundtable will feature the participation of senior U.S. government officials.

We are pleased to offer you a place in this invitation only in-person roundtable, which will be held in accordance with Covid-19 protocols.
