On September 20, 2021, Kurt Ronnow was named Deputy Assistant Director, Counterintelligence Division, Russia/Global Branch. In this role Mr. Ronnow serves as the FBI's senior executive responsible for Russian and other global counterintelligence operations not directly connected to China.

Mr. Ronnow entered on duty in July 2002 and was assigned to the Portland Division, Salem RA where he spent several years establishing and furthering Major Case 246, ALTER EGO, and was a SWAT team member and assistant team leader. In February 2012 he was assigned as ALAT Islamabad and spent six months in Islamabad and six months in the Karachi sub-office.

In early 2014 Mr. Ronnow reported to the Counterterrorism Division as a supervisory special agent with program management responsibilities for Philadelphia Division's International Terrorism program. From there he was selected to join a team charged with establishing the Syria-Iraq Task Force and subsequently supervised the startup of Operation Gallant Phoenix in Jordan. He was then selected to serve as the initial FBI senior advisor to the SOCCENT Commander in Doha, and ultimately became the first unit chief of the Extraterritorial
Hostage Unit and from there was an initial senior leader in the Hostage Recovery Fusion Cell. He then spent two years as a field supervisor in the Seattle Division and the Tacoma RA before being selected to TDY to FBIHQ to draft Counterterrorism Division's Strategy through 2021. Mr. Ronnow then served as Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the Washington Field Office, Intelligence Branch 1 overseeing the aviation, SOG, SSG, Lookouts and linguists' programs.

In May 2020, Mr. Ronnow was named section chief of the Surveillance and Aviation Section, Critical Incident Response Group. In this role Mr. Ronnow serves as the FBI's senior executive responsible for managing and directing its surveillance and aviation operations including all mobile and air surveillance assets, unmanned aerial systems, counter-unmanned aerial systems, and the FBI's global response special mission aircraft operations.

Mr. Ronnow is married to Marlo (also a Special Agent) and they have a son, Henry.

Matt Hartman serves as the Deputy Executive Assistant Director for Cybersecurity at the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). In this role, Mr. Hartman is responsible for leading CISA’s mission to address the nation’s most significant cyber threats and vulnerabilities through collective cyber defense and capacity-building to increase the security of
our nation’s critical infrastructure.

Previously, Mr. Hartman served as the Acting Executive Assistant Director for Cybersecurity at CISA. Prior to this senior leadership position, he was an Associate Director who led CISA’s cybersecurity services portfolio, including Continuous Diagnostics and Mitigation (CDM) and the Quality Service Management Office (QSMO). In this role, Mr. Hartman also oversaw CISA’s effort to drive adoption of national-level cybersecurity strategy, policy, standards, directives, and requirements across stakeholder groups.

Mr. Hartman has served in various additional capacities, including the Director of Federal Network Resilience, Cybersecurity Counselor to the
Secretary of Homeland Security, Senior Advisor to the Assistant Secretary of Cybersecurity and Communications, Director of Strategy coordination and Management, and Acting CDM Program Manager.
