Special Envoy Kennedy was appointed in December to focus on advancing economic development and investment opportunities in Northern Ireland. In advance of the 25th anniversary of the Belfast/Good Friday Agreement and President Biden's anticipated visit to the UK, we will meet with the Special Envoy to discuss the economic and political situation in Northern Ireland, the Windsor Framework, and next steps for UK-EU relations.
