All eyes are on the Supreme Court as it considers whether the President has lawfully imposed tariffs under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act. The Justices will hear oral argument on November 5. The next morning, the U.S. Chamber will host a virtual event with both Supreme Court advocates for the challengers and a former U.S. Solicitor General, who represents the Chamber as amicus in these cases.
