Please join us on Tuesday March 3 from 1:00-1:45 p.m. for an in-person Trade Task Force meeting at our Capitol Hill Office (25 Mass Ave NW). We will be joined by Congressman Jeffrey Hurd, who sits on the Republican Study Committee, Problem Solvers Caucus and Main Street Caucus, among other key roles. Hurd was critical in ensuring recent House passage of H.J. Res. 72, which would terminate the state of emergency Trump used to impose tariffs on Canadian goods. The measure passed the House by a 219-211 margin. We will use the session to hear about the congressman’s trade priorities for the months ahead as well as ways we can potentially partner.

The meeting will be held off the record, with senior members encouraged to participate and ask questions.
