Taking into consideration inputs from our members during our January membership planning call, we’ll use this time to outline our plans for U.S. and African government engagement in 2021. On the U.S. side, we’ll discuss our Biden-Harris Africa Policy Recommendations document and hear from Myron Brilliant, Head of the Chamber’s International Division, on how the Chamber plans to work with this administration. We are also currently confirming the availability of Dana Banks, Senior Director for Africa at the National Security Council, to speak to Biden-Harris foreign policy objectives during the latter half of the call. Finally, we’ll introduce the new Chair of the board – Mr. Eugene Willemsen, CEO, Africa, Middle East & South Asia at PepsiCo. We’ll also have you get to know Kendra Gaither, our new Vice President at the Center who will lead our East and Southern African portfolio as well as our U.S.-South Africa Business Council.
