Dr. Ivana Zuzul joined the U.S. Chamber of Commerce as Senior Director for Europe in August 2022. Her portfolio includes energy and sustainability, financial services, and trade. She also coordinates the work on the Chamber's Ukraine Business Initiative, focusing on reconstruction and redevelopment of Ukraine. Prior to joining the Chamber, Dr. Zuzul worked in international consulting in various capacities for over a decade, focusing on international government consulting and foreign private investment. She led a boutique strategic consultancy that provided companies, principally in energy and defense, with strategic, outreach, and advisory support in Central and Southeast Europe. Previously, she worked as a Senior Advisor for International Trade at Baker Hostetler LLP, looking at inter-state relationships and foreign policy and worked with Monitor Group. Dr. Zuzul was part of a small team that founded the first private University in Croatia under the auspices of the United Nations Alliance for Civilizations (UNESCO). She managed and oversaw the daily operations of the University for 5 years as Vice President. She holds undergraduate degrees in International Relations, and a PhD in International Law and Economics.
